Growth and Development Forum
The Center Terrace project is an affordable housing project in the South of Downtown area that will include a new location for Clinic With A Heart at 13th and E streets will use nearly $2.5 million tax-increment financing. The project will be part of the South of Downtown Planned Unit Development, a wide-ranging plan covering 44 blocks bounded by 10th, 16th, A and K streets approved by the City Council in 2021. Center Terrace will be a five-story building on the 1.14-acre site with 125 apartments and 9,200 square feet of commercial space, 6,500 square feet of which will house Clinic With a Heart, which offers free health care services to the under- and uninsured, as well as Medicaid patients. This is a highly anticipated projected and we are excited to host Jake Hoppe and Ben Kunz from Hoppe Development to share more about this exciting new development.
