Chamber Statement on United Airlines Service and Houston Flight to Lincoln

A statement from the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce regrading United Airlines air service and route changes at the Lincoln Airport:

"This news is a disappointment, particularly because this flight was successful--sometimes with over 90% capacity filled. Air service is critical to the economic vitality of our community and the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce was proud to contribute to the revenue guarantee requirements needed to recruit United service to Houston to the Lincoln Airport. We remain dedicated to supporting and collaborating with the Lincoln Airport team for future air service expansion initiatives, as we await additional information following this announcement."
